Hi Sina!
Welcome to Reaperians' lands!
Just a few words about your questions:
1. Yes, there is MIDI editor in Reaper and you could input note by note there. Please, create a track, insert an empty MIDI event and open the MIDI editor. Now there some specific menues of this editor.
2. All track properties of Reaper are in many contextual menues, which you could get aquainted with in actions list. You could use inputs and outputs, sends and receives, folders and other things you need.
3. there is special virtual mode of ReaAccess which might be rather useful for you.

So i think it would be interesting to look at all kinds of Reaper and ReaAccess menues and the Actions list. it is a good point to come closer to Reaper. All your further questions are wellcomed.
