[RWP] chaining fx over tracks

Yeah, I did eventually suggest that to him. Forgot he had a board that could
hard pan. Mine, sadly, doesn't. I just use midi triggers and a saw wave
through ReaSynth, it works fine until I move and can hopefully get something
more decent.
