[RWP] chaining fx over tracks

Sidechaining is basically done by making 1 track have 4 channels, which is 
easily done, the part which isn't so easy is sending audio to channels 3/4 
of a track and, having sertain parts of a plugin pull from just those 
channels.
Its doable with a mouse, but haven't gotten it with reaaccess.
