[RWP] Reaper 3.6, MSAA support, didn't notice any difference

As Mike said, we're still working with Justin to make REAPER 
accessible.  In particular, he hasn't yet implemented MSAA focus 
tracking or event notification.  So right now you can query the state of 
a control using your screen reader's review or virtual mouse 
functionality, but REAPER doesn't tell the screen reader when the state 
of a control changes, and there's currently no way to give focus to a 
particular control in the main window.  But we'll keep you all informed 
about our progress as we continue to work with Justin to make REAPER 
fully accessible.
