[RWP] OT Question for developers

Ok so i have a piece of software that i am trying to use but it
doesn't appear to be accessible in  anyway other than the file/edit
menus etc and using jaws screen echo all the changes going on on the
screen.. I am considering contacting the Developers if i can to see if
there is anything they will be willing to do to make this app more
accessible. However being that i am not a programmer myself i'd like
to know what sort of things i  could let them know to  look into to
help make the app more accessible. I believe the program is done in
Java,and its the gear box software for working with line 6 products in
my case a pod x3 live.
