[RWP] Reaper 3.6, MSAA support, didn't notice any difference

Hey Mike,

I've already taken SA for a spin. The behaviour is exactly the same as
NVDA, with tons of new things being exposed but only in Virtual Mouse
mode so far. Just to make sure Matt knows (because it'll likely be his
first question), I'm running this with a totally fresh installation of
Reaper 3.6 and I'm being careful to only use keystrokes from the
default keymap, not the keystrokes we're used to with ReaAccess.

Hope the info can be of some use, shout if there's anything else to try.
Scott
