[RWP] Ivan comes back

and it'd be a good idea to have a separate headphone mix for the person 
you're tracking and you.  Some people are thrown off if they hear voices, 
and even in the wizarding world...  anyway, I digress.  If I can swing it, I 
don't put jaws across everyones headphones because most people are ue to a 
normal studio setup or something close to it, and the only thing they'd 
expect on talkback would be a bit of communication from me, and that's it. 
Plus it saves having to answer a bunch of questions.
