If you're trying to use it as a "professional recording studio", then
surely a slightly slicker method than tracking right in front of your
computer (which will be generating noise) presumably through the same
card as your screen reader would probably be expected first, no?
Not disputing the idea of a toggle setting being handy, just disputing
the urgency.
