[RWP] Ivan comes back

Also could he please have a look at track  and time  selection.
Currently it appears when you use your arrow keys to select a strack
and then mark a selection on that track when you cut or delete that
selection it removes it from every track in the project and not just
the  selected track. Though some ppl appreantly don't seem to have
this issue mysteriously.
