[RWP] Ivan comes back

Ah, and one more thing. Now might also be the time for Ivan to
reconsider whether he wishes to make the code for ReaAccess a little
more available. Impress upon him that in the last 2 months, people
with development skill such as Jamie Teh and Matt Campbell have been
keen to contribute, but haven't been able too. Also Justin (the Reaper
developer who has acknowledged us) has the best intentions, but
doesn't have an extensive background knowledge of accessibility.
Someday, it might be helpful for him to be able to look at how
ReaAccess works to improve Reaper's accessibility out of the box, and
if that request for more information comes when Ivan is busy (as it
has once already) then Reaperians miss an opportunity.
I have a feeling I kno the answer, but it's worth a try. There is so
much enthusiasm for Ivan's work, but stalling for 2 months only
damages that enthusiasm and the credibility of the project.
