[RWP] folders with ReaAccess

thanks very much Scott.
helped to clear things a bit; the folder/end of folder , and the various 
states are anounced properly.
as you've said , the top track's settings do not seem to affect the other 
tracks within the folder; so , what *does* work here? is it just for 
visual/organization purposes?
