[RWP] cockos presets shoving off.

It's been doing some strange things, but for the most part it's speeding along just fine. I think it needs a serious defrag and I need to make some stuff shove off before I can do that, but regardless, reaper is the main thing that's slowing down and dying lately, everything else works 99% of the time.

    You think that's bad, ever since I did a reaper reinstall the other day, the whole program has been horribly sluggish, freezing for about thirty seconds whenever I alt tab away from it. A registry clean, uninstall and app data removal does absolutely nothing.

      For some reason, I can't seem to read the presets list in any cockos plugin.  I do not believe I've changed any view settings, but I noticed they stopped being readable this weekend.  uninstalling and reinstalling hasn't made them appear again.  Any ideas why I'm just having that problem with those particular effects?
