[RWP] cockos presets shoving off.

Just for future reference i don't think a registry clean or any of
that  stuff would really do much to aid reaper as it doesn't install
anything to the registry  and is pretty good  at removing it self when
unistalled. Haven't used it much since i never found  a real solution
to the cut/delete of selected items issue a few of us were having.
