[RWP] Converting Cakewalk .wrk files?

Hi,

I have some Cakewalk .wrk files, no audio, just MIDI, which I created a few
years ago when our primary recording studio software was Cakewalk/Sonar. Now
that I'm switching to Reaper, I'd like to convert these to Reaper. I don't
have Cakewalk or Sonar installed on any of my modern machines, although I do
have it installed on the old Windows 98SE machine I was using for MIDI
recording back then. Other than opening .wrk files in Cakewalk and doing
File, Save as, and choosing MIDI format 1, is there any way to convert .wrk
files to .mid files? Also, once they're in .mid format, how do you insert a
MIDI file into a Reaper project so that all MIDI tracks become Reaper
tracks? I'm going to need to deal with each MIDI track separately.
Thanks!
Jayson
