[RWP] More on track selection problem

But even when the proper way minus the manual splitting of items is done, 
that's exactly what reaper does when you delete something.
As an excersise, make a multitrack project, and select a chunk in the middle 
and delete it.  Now, you'll notice at least 2 items on each track, and 
you'll see from there properties they point to the same file, but different 
times from the end of the previous item.
