[RWP] More on track selection problem

you can consolidate audio for that track, but even if you make a selection 
and delete, you'll notice 2 items.  1 the source material up to point of 
deletion, and 2, the material after the deletion.  Given rpp files are 
loosly xml based, thats the only way to do it.
