[RWP] vst rapper

Well, a rapper which changes the format verses just the interface of a plugin could add to the latency, but that's just a guess on my part.

  Either that, or perhaps a way to get DirectiXer effects to show up. Currently, they don't, which is quite a pain if I'm trying to use a vst effect with a weird interface.

    I know reaper has a generic vst interface, and several visual themes associated with it, however, none of those themes gives the vst plugin a tab order much as the rea affects or the js effects have.  It seems stupid to use directxer to rap a vst effect when reaper natively runs them, so is it possible to intigrate some sort of accessible vst rapper in to reaper itself, or reaaccess?  I've found several usable effects, but have limited use of them beyond presets.
