[RWP] More on track selection problem

Hi all,

As you probably know, I am having a problem wherein, when I try to
delete material from only selected tracks, it acts as if all tracks are
selected. Monkey Pusher is having the exact same problem. I know from a
private Email that Derek is not having this problem.

I even tried uninstalling Reaper and installing an old version from January.
Still with the latest ReaAccess. The problem continues to happen, which
probably means there's not a bug in Reaper itself. There could possibly be a
bug in ReaAccess though.

For reference, here are the exact keystrokes I am using. Let's say I have a
twelve-track project, and I want to delete material from the beginning of
the project to some arbitrary point, on all tracks except track 1. Here's
what I do.

Arrow up or down to get to track two.
Shift+Down arrow ten times. The final report is, track 12, 11 tracks
selected.
Hit w to insure I am at the beginning of the project.
Hit Shift+Alt+Left bracket to start my time selection.
Hit Space to start playing, possibly use Page-Up and Page-Down for faster
movement. When I'm at the spot where I want the selection to end, press
Ctrl+Space to pause.
Hit Shift+Alt+Right bracket to set the end of the time selection.
Hit Ctrl+Del to delete the material.
At this point, the relevant audio from tracks 2 through 12 should be
deleted, but not track 1. The problem is that track 1 is being effected.

What exact keystrokes are some of you guys who don't have this problem using
to accomplish the same effect? Did you change any Reaper settings?
Thanks for any help!
Jayson
