[RWP] Getting Started With ReaAccess

Not that I've found. Have you tried installing an older version? I'm going
to try that next, in case the latest Reaper build has a bug. Unlikely, but
since we just haven't been able to get an answer to our question, you gotta
wonder why nobody else is having the same problem.
