[RWP] ducking?

i believe you can as i this was one of the first video tutorials i saw
for reaper some years back now. The pipeline audio reaper tutorials i
belived are on youtube and linked to download them in wmv format from
the reaper site somewhere maybe under resources? It's been so long i
don't remember if a blind person can follow them along but should help
get  you going in the right direction.
