[RWP] Klango discussion group created

Hi Simon,

No problem with you announcing the new Klango group on this list man.
ReaAccess updates are thin on the ground at the moment I know, but if
you can make sure that the Klango group gets updated promptly whenever
news does come in about future development that would be great. I know
next to nothing about Klango myself, but if there is a way of linking
to the group externally feel free to send me a link that I can pop up
on the ReaAccess site.
