[RWP] master track, changing output device

No luck yet on output device.  but, Once you press alt+control+m to show the 
master track, you can search for the word Master, and double click it. 
then, you'll be on 0 track.  See if that gives you a clue.You can at least 
control the master output volume that way.
BTW, I think the folum sliders work rather weirdly in here.  0.05 db steps? 
Holy cow. That seems a bit fine.
Not so bad, if you have all day to make a simple volume adjustment.
