the reaper manual on the reaper site should help get the ball rolling.
i  it does show how to do things with keyboard shortcuts as well as
the mouse and using menus ..  though some of the default reaper
keyboard short cuts were changed by reaaccess so have a look at the
list of reaacess shortcut keys.
