[RWP] master track, changing output device

Yep, what I'm talking about in this case, however, is within the effect 
dialogue, you can pin certain parameters directly to the track strip, so 
you can control their values without going back to the effect window to 
do it. This doesn't seem to work, however, as no new things exist in the 
track view according to ReaAccess. It may be on the screen somewhere though.
