  First of all, Reaper is not like GoldWave in the slightest.  It is a 
multi-track MIDI and audio editor with some quite advanced features.  If 
all you want is a single-track audio editor, then Reaper probably isn't 
for you.  Secondly, ReaAccess is an accessibility plug-in which uses the 
JAWS API to report information directly to JAWS.  So no, you do not need 
JAWS scripts; ReaAccess takes the place of scripts.  That's not to say, 
however, that other scripts, developed by list members cannot be 
installed over the top of ReaAccess.
