[RWP] master track, changing output device

There is a key command (action) ctrl+alt+m in the standard version of Reaper
that shows the master track in the normal track view. I presume that still
works with reaaccess too. As to whether that gives you access to be able to
set your output device I wouldn't know. I'd be interested to hear if you
have any success.
