[RWP] any tutorial for reaper

speaking of reaaccess, i downloaded reaaccess.exe from the reaaccess web 
site, and when i tried to install it, i got an error, which said some 
components of reaper could not be found? any ideas?
am not even up with reaper yet till i install this reaaccess.
