[RWP] reaaccess won't install under Win Xp

Hi, Ralf!
Yes, i saw the same situation one day. Russian girl was trying to install ReaAccess but she hadn't open Reaper before. She had notebook with windows XP SP3 and Russian language localisation. So maybe you have German Windows installed. Nevertheless when we launched Reaper ReaAccess was all right. So, please try just to open Reaper and to dive in ReaAccess possibilities.
