Hi Derek!
It's very painful question, is the development of ReaAccess still alive. I write to Ivan aproximately twice aweak and every time he has plans of further updates but as we all can see nothing has changed since last february. He has wishlists of English and Russian users and i hope he will start soon but there is nothing but this hope. Sometimes he even jokes that he will wait for something from System Access crew though i know he will come back to his child ReaAccess. So, let's wait a little bit!
Another promise i received is the Native Keys adopted for Reaper. It's the set of Jaws scripts for dealing with many VST effects and instruments. The author of NK is about to give this set to Reaperians in autumn. But users of other screenreaders except Jaws will be not able to use it.

ReaAccess was rather hard but rapid job when Ivan, Scott and me have launched it. We were sure this project will be very useful and will have long and shiny life. So let me say, i'm sory for current stagnation.
Best wishes!
Jinseng.
