[RWP] A couple of questions.

Hi Jim,
If you go to preferences/audio devices you'll first find the list of
available devices. E.G. wave out, asio, etc... If you press tab again,
you can first select the input reange and after that the output range.
So in my case these are the in and outputs of the Fasttrack Ultra 8r.
First I have to select asio, then m-audio usb 2.0. Then I can select
input 1 as the first and input 8 as the last one. I need to do the
same for my outputs, in case I will make them all available as input
source for you track.
When you have enabled the desired inputs and outputs in
preferences/audio devices, just press ok and select the track you want
to record on.
Then you need to select one of these enabled inputs for the selected
track, as I described in my previous email. Anyway, it's possible to
use your onboard soundchip, to here jaws and use a different device
with Reaper, presuming, that you can use two different sets of
speakers.
Hope this helps a bit. As always, I strongly recommend downloading the
"Up and Running" user guide, which is well written and also really
detailed.
Rene
