also worth trying to work with the Param button and its menus; especially the one that binds automatable parameters to external controls on a control surface or a keyboard.
hope this helps
Roy.

saw the values but no graphic despite jaws being set to annoynce them.
This also though something I will look at again, doesn't help the NVDA people.
Like I said though, i will definitely give it another look.

have you tried pressing the UI button , then exploring the window with the Jaws cursor?
if so , where there any parameter/value pairs with a graphic symbol in between?
    best
    Roy.

This would allow something like tape stop to go from something completely not usable, to something perfectly functional.
Same with a few multiband/broadcast compressors I've found. JB Broadcast has amazingly nice multiband compression, but a rather stupid stereo expander built in to most of the otherwise nice presets, which visually could be turned off, but the interface, no matter if its generic or standard, isn't usable.
I wonder if those in contact with the reaper developers could forward my request?
It seems that adding an accessibility theme under the generic interfaces would be the logical way to fold something like this in to reaper.

You are making perfect sense. Pro Tools does just thaautomatiblet. we really can't get at the real fx parameters, but we are able to access them threw the automatable ones being shown threw the automations block.

Is there any way as part of the reaaccess bundle, someone could write a generic vst interface taking any automatable parameter, and grouping them in an interface similar to the rea plugins, or js effects?
I may have no clue what I'm asking for, but it seems practicle given the way reapers arkitecture works?
There are duzzens of plugins I'd like to use, but can't quite use them because presets are close, but not quite what I'm looking for in some cases.
          Thanks
