[RWP] vst rapping

This is one of the biggest gaps to be filled IMHO. There were plans
for such a wrapper, but what's currently happening with development
specifically geared toward ReaAccess is anybody's guess. I doubt we'll
see a wrapper like this directly from Cockos themselves though tbh.

Just posting to reassure you that you're not the only one with this on
the wishlist.
