[RWP] vst rapping

Is there any way as part of the reaaccess bundle, someone could write a generic vst interface taking any automatable parameter,  and grouping them in an interface similar to the rea plugins, or js effects?
I may have no clue what I'm asking for, but it seems practicle given the way reapers arkitecture works?
There are duzzens of plugins I'd like to use, but can't quite use them because presets are close, but not quite what I'm looking for in some cases.
