[RWP] changing patches and banks?

there's something called ReaMidiControl which lets you do that among other 
things.
don't exactly remember from which menu it's accessed; maybe from a 
right-click on a track , the view or track menus.
the command is called "show ReaMidiControl for selected track" or something 
similar.
