[RWP] changing patches and banks?

does anyone use midi with reaper yet? I am trying to change patches and I can't seam to figure it out. I would like to be eble to use fl studio with reaper and I can play it just fine, just a few sounds keep cycling around when I spin the dial on my roland juno g... That's what I am using to control reaper for now, My motif is at the Church. So... any ideas on how to change banks and patches on midi instruments with reaper? thanks.
