Hi Terry,
I'm using a M-audio fasttrack ultra 8r, as my audio/midi interface.
The software mixer that comes with it is not accessible, but that 
doesn't matter, since you can perform all these  tasks with Reaper.
It's a usb 2.0 interface with really low latency.
