[RWP] Keymap

Hi Rene,

Some of these custom actions mentioned in the new list of keyboard
shortcuts are very cool... thanks for sharing!

My first question is, is your keymap supposed to stop Alt from
focusing the menu bar? I thought perhaps preferences -> Keyboard ->
Prevent alt key from focusing main menu might be the problem, but that
option is still unchecked.

When I roled back to the default ReaAccess keymap, my menus worked
again straight away.

Any idea what's going wrong here?
