[RWP] Keymap

Good morning, everyone,
I created a Reaper keymap for this mailinglist, which is attached to 
this email. It's a combination of the ReaAccess keymap and my own, which 
means that I left all the ReaAcces shortcuts, as they were.
I already sent some users my own keymap, but because this keymap 
slightly differs from the original ReaAcces keymap, I decided to create 
a special one for this list.
