[RWP] questions from a new reaper user

Make sure the track has the focus in the track view...
Use your "tab" button, and tab to the "arm record" setting, and press 
your space bar,...Your track will be armed for recording,...now press 
"enter"...

Press "alt, plus "I",...Click on the "insert media file" option,...You 
will have the choice of what ever file you want to import...



> 3. Are there hot keys to get into the menus, such as the file menu, etc?


Press "shift, plus, "F1",...to get to the keyboard shortcuts,...

Press "F12" for the learning mode...




> 4. Do the vst plug-ins that come with reaper work in programs like sound forge?



I don't know this one,....
