[RWP] changing midi inputs on a track

Hi chaps,
Just a quick note to confirm the FX announcement behaviour happens
with JAWS, Window-Eyes, NVDA, and System Access. If you hit tab on a
track, tab around to FX and hit space to choose bypass, then enter to
save the change, all screen readers will no longer announce FX for
that track. Now, if there was a way of extending the announcement of
FX to actually announce which FX were active on a given track that
would be mega useful, so we'd end up with an announcement something
like "Track 1, test, FX ReaComp". For now though, it hints at good
things to come seeing as the behaviour is 100% consistent.
Cheers
Scott
