[RWP] new member and a few questions

Thank you all for the tips! I wil try this later today when I get backhome.
i have another questiont hough. While looking at reaper I wanted to
load a soundfont.. and I tried the font! sf2 player, which seemed
accessible enough, but it has a number of limitations, including the
inability  for velocity nor layering support, which is a big problem.
And I had to use the jaws cursor all the time to load/change
soundfont, and I couldn't even figure out how to change its program.
So I tried sfz1.9.7, but this time I couldn't do anything at all. The
fx chain window didn't  have any sfz parameters, just the usual add,
remove, the unlabelled checkbox which i asume is select... well, a
mess.
Any ideas?
