[RWP] new member and a few questions

Hi all,
i am a new member of this group, i recently discovered this program
reaper and I like it a lot. I've been a sonar user for a while and i
see reaper is much moer lightweight and much better and am using
reaaccess.

i have a few questions though.
First i ahve a plugin, z3ta+ that used to work with sonar by changing
the midi bank, how can i do that in reaper? And how can I access a
plugin's window?
And is it possible to edit a file directly? because when i hit
left/right arrows when importing media, I can't seem to select,
delete, copy or paste properly.
