[RWP] How do I know?

Hello:
How do I know if the keymap I am using in Reaper is the one for 
reaccess? Do I have to load it once? Or do I have to load it every time 
I open Reaper. I don't get any kind of conformation from Reaper that it 
is using a different keymap than the default.
