[RWP] Virtual mode doesn't work with latest ReaAccess

Hello,

I'm using latest Reaper and latest ReaAccess. When I press Tab key on a 
newly created track, nothing happens. This problem happens with both 
NVDA and JAWS.
Reaper version is 3.31.
