[RWP] New NVDA controller client, hopefully the latest one

Hello,

Here I've posted latest compiled nvdaControllerClient link, and as a 
lead developer James Teh said, this is hopefully the last compatibility 
break. ReaAccess has to be updated with new dlls to remain compatible 
with latest NVDA snapshots and a final version 2010.1.
