[RWP] [Rwp] ReaAccess Installer

Hi Hrvoje,

Ok, even if the Keymap isn't imported, an installer would simplify
things a lot for new users, so have a shot at it.

If it is possible, it would be cool to have a language selection box
as the first prompt.  Jinseng could probably provide you with Russian
translations of the messages that follow.  If you need any help to
make sure the English is correct for the installer, just ask and I'll
be happy to help.
