[Rwp] ReaAccess Installer

Hello,

I would like to contribute to ReaAccess on some way and therefore I am 
planning to make an installation (setup) program for ReaAccess which 
will automatically install plugin, ReaperKeymap and required screen 
reader support using NSIS or InnoSetup, however I would like to check 
out first if somebody already started working on it before I do anything 
regarding this. If yes, then this job rests to him.
