[RWP] Bug with alt key in Windows 7 64-bit

Hi folks,

Can someone with Windows 7 x64 try to reproduce this bug? Noticed it
last night when I was showing a buddy ReaAccess on his new system.

1. Create a track, name it test
2. Press shift+Space on the track to select it
3. Press Alt to try getting to the top menu.

For me, the Alt key refused to work at this point. I checked to make
sure the preference to disable the Alt key from focusing the menu
wasn't enabled.
