[RWP] Creating and manipulating loop regions in Reaper

Hello all,
Is it possible to create and manipulate loop regions in Reaper? If yes, 
then how? I sort of managed to fcreate a region by selecting the start 
and end points of a loop, but I am not sure how to change the region's 
length or even how to navigate between them.

Any thoughts?
