[RWP] clipping and reaper help session volantea?? from trahern

hey all my name is trahern from england and i am new to reaper. 

so far i have maneged to record some audio and moov thru it but the problems is this it clips on play back does any one know how to solve this problem?

secendly i'm new to reaper would any one be propeard to give me some to help me get started possablily over skype?? gyour help with these qustions would be most wel com!! kind regards trahern.
